    ikr. ;-; an ISA would be so awesome... the GLOBAL space budget combined into one titan push for the stars.. incidentally, the US currently spends less anually on NASA than on schools.. and that's plus the percentage subtracted for gouvernment funded millitary R+D :b (no, i'm not a conspiracy theorist. google it, it's pretty ingenious actually)

    @Doughnut, well, at least what I see was a sucess rate. One day i launched, and Rosetta burned. Now, it worked perfectly. So, This is a little strange stuff '-'

    its an average rocket but u could of used wall to stop the flame inside the ship and also the last stage burned the actual pay load.
