Try entering tpt.el.dest.gravity=500 on the console. You can destroy the city without touching the shield with dest after that. -

I just dropped a Duet Bomb on it... We can just go ahead and say that there are no longer any living creatures or corpses... melting things completely is fun! -

my plasma bomb couldnt destroy it but weakened the shield so fireworks could blow it up -
