Dasovietpotato, i dont think that amount of titanium would be available just to protect one city, and if it even was, i dont think they would have though of a giant pressure spike smacking their city, so screw u for downvoting, why dont u make something better +1 -

I made a city that is resistant to viruses and pressure changes but be warned, it is very laggy. id: 2335453 -
DaSovietPotato 28th Sep 2018-1 use titanium as an interior separator to prevent high pressure from destroying the city.
