    Yea, I built one of these types of circuits on 360 edition, but it was a little different; I had a multi-rowed memory cell, where you take a few of these and place them side by side and then have non-conductive blocks to (Not pass a current), and conductive blocks to (pass a current), so as to make each one have its own function (sort of like a video tape, only this is in a loop) These were used in number displays and such. (These are big on Minecraft)
