    @MegaGengarRayquaza Put some EXOT and bombard it with ELEC until it "evaporates" into WARP and ELEC, After that add either NEUT or PLUT. Note: This will fuse the crap until it reaches OXYG, where you have to ignite the OXYG to create the "Permanent" effect. Add DEUT after if you want to make the reaction more powerful.
