    However even though its going infinitly close to the speed of light, and thereby perspectivly everthing is slowing down, you also have to remember that light would still be moving faster than it although othere objects would relatively not move, the light is still moving faster and the stone would just be moving extremely fast (To fast to even track movement). So in reality it is still moving through time at the same rate, but to it time would essentially not be moving.
