    best way to destroy the city: take the GOO and VOID and PRTI and CLNE out of the little cave in the middle. Fill with DEUT, open console and say "!set life deut 10000" (essentially cooling it to the max) and then shoot some protons at the DEUT. Instant melting of the whole city.
