I recently got the Kerbal space program. it helped me to apreciate this spectacular machine! This is a highly simplified version of NASAs famous Saturn V (moon) rocket. i will be working on more in-depth closeups later. Enjoy!

I like KSP because it is moddable. I have a KSP instance where Kerbin is Earth-sized, reentry is damaging, realistic aerodynamics, etc. All those things make the game much more challenging. Kerbin is a much more friendly enviroment for new players than Earth is.

well.. somewhere out there there is a planet just like kerbin. same size, same mass, same oxygen-rich atmosphere (not nesecarily breathable by humans though) also in the goldilocks zone. despite the fact that i firmly believe in an infinite universe (but big-bangs so far apart that our ball of matter will reach it's heat-death before radiation from the closest one gets even half way here) KSP isn't that realistic... one word. infinigliders.

and KSP is not THAT realistic, because kerbin is smaller than earth. But, as always, there is a mod for this

Too bad there's no LH2 in tpt. That would make rockets (and explosions) so much more awe!

KSP is quite possibly one of the best games I have ever played.

Hey sentinal-5, I just created a nuclear thermal rocket very similar to the ones in KSP Interstellar. There are some very interesting physics in it, like the lower the thrust, the higher the ISP.

@CTpyromaniac1337, 15x the speed of light?! I would like to see that.
