I recently got the Kerbal space program. it helped me to apreciate this spectacular machine! This is a highly simplified version of NASAs famous Saturn V (moon) rocket. i will be working on more in-depth closeups later. Enjoy!

yeah, i know! i thought most rockets ran on hydrazine and LOX, or thermite-based solid fuel until very recently. XD turns out liquid oxygen (LOX) and kerosene or RP-1 was the fuel mixture for Saturn V's first stage, Zenit rocket, R-7 derived vechicles including Soyuz, Delta, Saturn I, and Saturn IB first stages, Titan I and Atlas rockets.

Isn't kerosene more related to diesel? i mean, i know oil is easier to burn but come on! atleast get some more realistic stuff in! And also, the Rocketdyne F-1 engine is awesome.

hahaha well.. i say not working because it's really supposed to burn in a slightly more controlled way.. XD also, the stages don't seperate. :b i would have made them, but i prioritised the correct materials over functionality.

Not working? What do you mean, not working? I lit the bottom on fire and it blew up! Isn't that what rockets are supposed to do?
