    Use a liquid nitrogen transfer tube to cool the VIBR. It should work methinks +1

    Cool reactor, though I agree with @unknownkarma. It DOES use CFLM as fuel, you just used PCLN to make the fuel source infinite. Not as Eco-friendly as you led us to believe I'm afraid.. Still, cool concept nonetheless. +1

    It is infinite because you use clone to make subzero-flame. :/ The subzero-flame is what makes the thing make energy.
