This city is controled by the TU (Terran Union). It is one of the most important colonies of the TU, having factories and offices. It contains one of the biggest research laboratories. Since it is on the border, it is under constant attack by the UKN.

    Basically, if you still do not get it, the TU and UKN are at war, there is also a Northern Allience that i will make a city about on another date.
