we can have fusion plants but not on the way we thought its actually by colliding particles that creates more but diffrent and when we collide them we get energy and another particle and when we collide them we get a nowmal again and then it reapeats that from stage 1

Correct, we cannot have fusion plants because fusion cannot be regulated to slowly release energy (yet)
