As Hydrogen is necessary in fusion, I wondered what would happen if water vapour was subject to the same fusion circumstances as CO2, HYGN or NBLE.

@Pharaoh I agree that this is not the water fusing, the elec from the exot is putting the water through electrolysis, making hygn that is fusing. This IS, however actually FUSION. Fusion is when two atoms lighter than iron are combined, creating energy. If you look closely, the hydrogen is FUSING into noble gases (namley, helium), which is then fusing into other things, like carbon and more oxygen. Fission is when atoms BREAK APART.

I forgot that oxygen doesn't fission. Scratch that.

Firstly, this is fission, not fusion. Secondly, this is not fission over the medium of water. As jman said, the water is being broken down into oxygen and hydrogen, two media that can sustain fission in this game. Also, that bomb in the center doesn't even belong to you. Please change everything about this save.

This is just the ELEC converting the WATR into OXYG and HYGN, which then begin the fusion. Nothing special here

I was also saying that fusion (fission?) is occurring over the medium of water, as without the water, no generation of neut, phot or plsm is present (for me, at least).

I'm not getting any fusion without the water, but maybe my version of TPTs out-dated.

Actually, it is electrolysis of water turning it into hydrogen+oxygen, then the hydrogen fusing. There is no other neutron source or proton source other than the water. Delete the water and see if fusion still occurs.

    this is actually fission
