    there are a total of 22 bits available for selecting elements/filters. I am going to keep the NO EFFECT filter, pale yellow, light gray, yellow, orange, red, violet, blue, pale blue, green. that leaves 12 for elements. what should I use?

    here is an intermediate update. I solved the element double call crash I spoke of so no problems there. programming is unchanged at this time. the new head is more compact and will not get super beg when I add more elements.
