Just for the record, our sun won't explode. It will swell up to a red giant and then it will shrink to a red dwarf but nice project :)

This is actaully more realistic looking than any other "star death" simulation out there.

if gravity is radial before unpausing it will make smoke then have a green circle beep and the faster the green circle beeps the less time there is till boom! then you get rainbow lava
