Playing around with the idea of hull breaches. The research station explodes easily because I got lazy after making the ship. My favorite weapons apparently don't work in a vacuum :(

k shinra. I was planning on suggesting putting boyl inside the ship, but after testing it, it doesn't seem very favorable as it flows out very slowly.

Paperbell, it's realistic to the parameters if TPT. If it were realistic to its full potential, the ship and station would be pressurized chambers of air, with objects flying out when the chamber is punctured. It's realistic with things flying out into space, as when a pressurized chamber in space is opened, all of its contents float out just as quickly as the air does (which is pretty damn fast) and they would maintain their velocity to keep flying out into space very quickly

Everything is going to be flowing out of the map! That is not realistic! If this were an actual vacuum, then particles would be staying still, not blasting all over the place, out of a hypothetical screen!

Alright, I figured it out. Opening the save in legacy mode caused the PLSM to melt the TTAN through the INSL, causing the INSL to set on fire and make everything explode. I made the INSL thicker which seems to have solved the problem :)
