This is just a simple screen that shows a short (and boring) video. Unlike the other screens in TPT this one however doesn't take any time to switch frames (it always displays valid data). Also the video is stored in extremely compact FILT memory.

    So does making the FILT memory require a script? For putting the frames from Gimp into the FILT?

    GNU Image manipulation program or GIMP. It's an open-source photoshop-like program.
