This is a new version that utilizes very similar technology as my first video. The decoding logic has been moved into the display, thus removing the need for WIFI, which in turn allows extreme resolutions. Enjoy!

@benthecrazy: Storing and reading the color isn't the problem. The problem is that the required amount of storage would double and the pixel size, as well as the gap between pixels would grow, thus decreasing the resolution. Also RGB may not actually be desired: The current movie wouldn't profit much from these colors and I don't believe that dithering would produce nice results on such low resolutions. If you'd like to try nonetheless feel free to use any part of this simulation.

Regarding colors: As Vinayak already pointed out this would require a tremendeous amount of memory. Also the gap between the pixels would then be much larger.

@Schneumer: The HD is meant in comparison to other TPT screens. (Also what about the 0.055% of FullHD? ;) ) The photons indeed are horrible, but replacing them with BRAY isn't possible at the moment and the developers aren't paying me any attention.
