    I found out doing surguries while he is alive is 100% safe although if he dies (which you should be sure to "kill" him aka you could call putting to sleep) before doing it.

    His head was cracked open leaving him fully dead. He was rushed to the hospital, his brain was removed and he was given a new one. He lives a good life and forgot about the disaster where he died, but he was brung back.

    He lives 100% healthy, and it is confirmed a head transplant will save him.

    He died, but we gave more blood, oxygen and hydrated. He should be good now due to a thing placed in his spine making him live.

    So he was shot twice with BOMB, he was messed up and had NO WAY OF LIVING. He was living hell on earth, until we had his head cut off, replaced it, removed vital organs and assisted. He will be monitored and he feels normal.
