its not neccicarily poweful but it works. it uses fray to more or less teleport the photons to the nearest target, no acel used.

    Seems like it's shooting photons out so fast that they basically only take one frame to hit.

    I dont think its black colored photons (I cant see the beam in fire visual and i cant see the heat or the photons in the heat vision) anyway its an epic laser 1+ *hugs C_D_Pro*
