  It is the human colonies from earth that own all the ships and technologys on the planet but they often employ Atromians to work on the ships and stations owned by the humans.Humans also adapt to the Atrominian ways of life, and vice versa.The humans own a country to keep their ships and such that is around the size of Earth.No humans actually work on their ships because there are not many of them on the planet.

  Atromians are human like creatures that are usually sround the height of 4.5 ft. Also they are quite heavy and bulky but are incredibly strong.There lifestyles are similar to that in medieval times on Earth, except less poverty and not much crime.They are usually jolly peoples who like to share a drink. They dont have technology like us, such as cars and planes polluting the planet.There are still many natural resources on Atrominia.

  ...and within 200ish years had upgraded himself to be far more intelligent than most life forms and then, he started cloning himself, creating a larger amount of Korlonians, And then ~70 years later they discovered a revolutionary new technology that allowed them to discover 1000s of new technologies and then they started conquering their galaxy and founding an empire. ~600 years after is when <this alliance was formed.

  @Koox The Korlonians evolved on the planet Korlonia, they eventually devolved after going on to land, out of reach of all other creatures, so they were unable to reproduce. Eventually, after a large radiation emission from the sun, one of them gained a large amount of intelligence, and began progressing technologically, (wiping out the rest of the Korlonians in the process)...
