The Covenant or K.H.S.M.'s (Kylasman, Human, Skoos and Meltani) wealth is represented to other factions in materials, not money or currency. We share all things among ourselves, and make barters with other factions because we do not use money. There is an advantage to having 257 Skoos, 1,941 Kylasmen, 802 Humans and 2,032 Meltani, all trustworthy and trained in the codes of the Covenant.

Ship building: Be yourself. Don't try to copy other people's styles. The more you build, the more you get your own unique style of design. That's what I'd say.
