We don't know whether he is going to do it anymore, he hasn't been doing it recently because he was inactive/banned for so long and he hasn't had enough time to do anything in the short time that he has been online.

its a long story (i cant remember half of it) something to do with a war between the alliance and a rival space group. we won but it finished just before i joined the alliance. he then would go on all the alliances saves and down vote, start arguments on how 'good' his ships are and be a nuisance. he would make several accounts and pester people. you can tell that it is powderproffesional/danieledwards1 because he copies his own ship onto each account and makes a save of it.
