  Tactics are very different for each mission, but most will use those things (No idea about what to call them) and there will usually be a blockade around the planet/star system during the battle.

  Korlonians will use overwhelming firepower when attacking (eg: blowing up the planet from orbit) but when there is a goal like capturing someone or destroying a certain target, ground forces will be sent in. The main ground force is a heavily shielded floating spherical thing. These use anti-ion weaponry, precision railguns, forcefield emmitters, and occasionally tractor beams and teleporters.

  i've updated the tank again. Added a reactor, cockpit, added deco and cleaned up the electronics.

  We use the tanks to roll out and destroy any threats. if they are not enough, then they will be covered by Z-15's and the defence satellite, which will use its lasers as an orbit to ground cannon.

  Entropy Unlimited uses its Puncture-Class bombers to glass the surface around the target area. Then landing spikes are dropped from orbit, hitting with a force equivilent to a nuclear bomb, oblierating any nearby forces. Revanant class SAVs are deployed from the landing spikes and clear the surrounding 1500km with their nuclear cannons.

  The infantry is equipped with armoured radiation suits that allow the soldiers to survey the highly radioactive remains of enemy strong holds. Ships are called in by the soldiers in the event that they are out numbered or there are further fortifications/buildings to be destroyed. Normally the Torment Class, Broadsword Class and the Terminator Class are called in by infantry. Once a staging area has been established, heavier ships are called in until a full scale invasion is able to take place.

  Nippy L.T.D mainly focuses on long range artillery to attack desired locations. The Challenger Class tank (the one im working on) is used as a long range artillery piece that is capable of fusing light elements into heavier ones such as uranium, plutonium and creates plasma which allows it to assault anything from mountain fortresses, deep underground bunkers and light space craft such as fighters and corvettes. When artillery is finished, the infantry are deployed.
