Indestructable materials are fine if you want your ship to be realistic, but it means that battles between ships are very boring, and it is impossible to nuke them, which means half of all tpt users will find the save boring.

ID:1428987 uses aray+inwr cables, they are much more destroyable than inst ones, and have a lot more uses in advanced electronics.

Aray Inwr cables? The backup reactors are mostly for looks. I try not to use indestructable materials, but what else can represent things like electron degenerate matter?

You could try reducing the amount of indestructable materials (Things immune to heat, pressure and fire) on the ship. inst wires could be replaced with aray+inwr cables etc. Also, look at ID:909733 for the backup reactor.
