    Singulatities don't work like that. They can only remain compressed into a point due to the space warping effects of gravity. Once the gravity weakens due to the mass leak, the matter will decompress. Also, the range of the strong force is TINY, barely larger than an atomic nucleus. Eventually, as it decompresses, the matter will begin to return to its 'normal' state, becoming mostly neutrons.
