  It was originally just meant to be a hub for different people's planets, not a roleplay. Removing inactive people seems like removing important parts of the history of the galaxy.

  And you shold erase some systems, most of the people that some time inhabited and roleplayed in this galaxy are now incative, like "last human colony" or the "Kaltorian home station". Or at least ask them if they are going to keep roleplaying or if they quit the RP
