    --Event-- The very first RC ship, the RC-I, has passed from Hjemstee into the alliance galaxy. It is badly damaged, but the ancient radio signals indicate that whoever the captain is, is still alive. The signals are asking for help. The reactor is offline. Captain clams to be the former head of RC Industries... From before the fall of Patriam.

    We are well matched. I, with one galaxy to myself, and you, with a galaxy of allied civilizations. War would be a terrible mistake for all, and the toll would always show. I hereby motion two things to all whom it may concern. First, let there be a truce, for the time being. Permit cargo vessels to pass our borders. Second, let us prohibit the use of any time-vessels for altering any point in history, even the present. Logs of the entire timeline have been stored safely.
