So far, the PHOT to ELEC converter is the most effective. The downside is obviously size. My goal with these is to be used in ships- No CONV makes destruction much better, and the constant stream is an obvious upgrade. All of my reactors ron on PHOT, so it's possible to have optic wiring through the ship allowing for this device to operate, or simply have loacal control as in the test save

It works as well as the full box ones with the bonus of being a little smaller, but we still have the issue of the one frame where it is not firing.
-
I put one in ID:2012730. I made it by placing the METL every frame. I also added a smaller 15Hz version which I accidentally found which is probably useless.

*updated the save with some more ideas*

My solution was to surround the central pscn with a box of SPRK, which always has a part of SPRK able to SPRK the central PSCN. I have a 1 fram gap in the series where it isn't sparked. ANy ideas how to remedy it?

I wanted to make a version that can run without BTRY. Here is my work so far: ID:2156337 Using a delay series and ARAY almost works, but the ARAY setup on the top is not capable of sparking the PSCN in time with the lower side, probably because of subframe operations
-
OK so I went and made my own experiment :P It works quite simple. THe right hand side makes an immediately sparkable left hand side which in turn makes an immediately sparkable right, making a constant stream of constantly sparkable PSCN which at the same time in constantly sparked from a source (BTRY in the original)

Well, I guess it is technically subframe, but it isn't as fast as other subframe stuff. Layering is a really reliable way to make subframe components, which is why I use them.

It isn't subframe, it is a 30Hz spark generator that I found a while ago (Forgot id, I thought I had it favourited). The version in that save is actually 20Hz, and I have no idea how it works.
