    Nice use of PSTN moving along the ROM drive. Also, the main reason is is huge is because INST is not good for compact ROM drives. So to make it smaller would likely sacrifice speed.

    It's a good starting point, and it shows you know the basic components of a counter. Oh, and don't worry about it being huge. It's pretty hard to make a small 7-segment display without using WIFI. :) Good luck with the next one!
