    What about the Middle East (Egypt, Saudi Arabia (Supplies most of the worlds oil), or Israel.) also I feel one of the symptoms should be undetectable so Madagascar doesn't close it's ports.

    i want a resistance to start BUT in a twisted way the resitance are many small places in the map it dosent grow or any thing its a safe heaven or fortknox BUT since the place dosent grow it gets over populated so they need to kill all survivors in sight out side and when one sneaks in he blends in as a soldier there with a excuse so the more people there are there the more harder it is to get in
