    there is an explanation for why they notice the worm. While it dosen't specifically say this, if you look at the symptom info it does imply that the worm causes an allergic reaction in the host. A few symptoms lessen this reaction and make it harder to notice the worm if you're infected.

    I left plague inc since a long time. The infection algorythm is more than unrealistic. Poeple can notice the neurax worm, but there is no symptom or anything like that, so they dont mind about having a mind-control worm in their heads.

    I think the plague should, instead of creating zombies from corpses, take control of the person's mind while they're still alive, giving the victim an urge to bite other uninfected people.It should also make victims want to transmit the plague in other ways, eg. Spitting, coughing.
