A city built on a fairly unstable cliff by the ocean. Being a popular tourist attraction, many of the buildings feature some kind of unique twist, including a statue of the founder which all contribute to the high population, again mostly tourists.

    The Imperatus Suburbs are up. They're small, but I felt if I made it larger it'd be more like the slums.

    could you make a save with lots of small imperatus buildings? they would be no bigger than 30 pixels give or take. +1 btw.
