    he made this when nukes were "the big thing" on TPT. and he made it before you could make perfect circles like that. so you could expect that it was popular then, either that or he voted himself up

    of corse the nuke will destroy the bilding because there is nothing inbitwene it and the bilding and it is about the same sise as the bilding
