New schematics allowed to reduce the size of the counter (QC) in 2 times, retaining the reliability, quality and functionality. You can use it, in whole, without the right to make changes or use schematic separate from counter.

There i made a counter with no WIFI that is a bit more than half the speed of this. Can't make it any faster though, and its nowhere near as small as this! -

this has nothing to do with quartz.You're putting quartz inside so that it would look better.
