New schematics allowed to reduce the size of the counter (QC) in 2 times, retaining the reliability, quality and functionality. You can use it, in whole, without the right to make changes or use schematic separate from counter.

    @andresberger, it doesn't count by seconds because different computers run at different speeds, so what might be a second in tpt on your computer won't be for mine.
