This may not be as accurate as it could be, but I tried. Nuclear war is scary stuff. (Yay FP!)

Nice but its not possible sub zero temps. Sub Zero is 0 Kelvin which has only been acheived in labs with 100's of lasers set at extreamly caluculated spots. As PDS a single nuke will not casuse a glabal nuclear winter, however MAD says that if both american and russia launch half of there nukes, we would acheive this. What killed the dinosourses was not a foucused blast of energy as much as a nuke is. therefor an group of nukes will cause it becuse of the debris stuck in the metrosphere and lower. But he is right in saying that 1 nuke will not acheived this.

Here is the thing. Dinos took 100 Teratonnes to be killed. 65% of land species died. Nuclear war would cause around 10 Gigatonnes of blast energy to be released. I don't know the precise amount of debris this results in, but 10,000 times less blast power doesn't sound like it would put all that much debris in the air except for locally.

@DoritosTaco Well the multiple warheads of the neuclear war will untaimtely cover one half of the world while the other warheads would cover the other, not one bomb. I call this theroy "The twelve-muinete war theroy.
