Even more powerful version of Hell's Hammer, which deals a small degree more damage to Mechanised Heaven's Borders which I designed it to break.

  Grrr. Just realised that BCLN is "illegal" in the rules as set by Mechanised Heaven's Borders' designer. However, as most bombs I've seen use this I'd question whether that's fair. Nonetheless, by that strict definition, it doesn't bust Heaven's Borders. But feel free to use, modify and adapt with credit - perhaps miniaturize?
