Heaven's Borders is a big shield that is made out of a hand-made alloy. It is ridiculously strong, composed out of PUMP (still not necessary, to try and repel bomb pressure), QRTZ, TTAN, SHD4 and PBCN (with tmp2(?) set to 65535 to make SHD4).

I put down a combination of 5 of my 3 best bombs and it only went through the insulator and first 3 layers, and had a few pockets of broken elements deep in the shield

some pressure still reaches the other side (it is so small but it repels powders and can still damage powder cities!). i suggest using curved TTAN to block any air

wow! a combination of strong materials layered and "woven" together to form a super strong material! maybe you could curve ttan to block air pressure even more!
