this radar can find (the binary values of) angle and range; only a scope is needed for display. Shame i cant cram more electronics in there. Based on my monopulse radar design, WIP; will design "search" and "track" modes, needs miniaturization

this looks a bit more like sonar to me

Upper-center right corner is the bearing; down-right is the range register.

i think he just didin't understand how it worked (thats pretty understandable)

@mitchell166: Yes it does detect stuff. I deleted the plane and it didn't show anything up on the radar. (The stuff that says "Left" "right")

um not to ruin the greatness but i used it it timer was off by a LONG ways it ended when it was only halfway across the screen

NOOO i pressed downvote DAMNIT sorry this save is worth +1

great now you need a easy reading scale and something to shoot that at a direct spot
-
i deleted the airplane and it still shot it dosent detect stuff its a timer till it activates

With the Prototype you can see clearly, thanks to the oscilloscopes, the data that comes from this radar. Basically it's a question of analyzing those waves and information. And yes PTuniverse; PT shows how RCS works in a simplified, exaggerated way

WHOAH! Front page and 4,000 views?! This is just a sketchy prototype! :P Thanks for the input, i am definitely going to improve the design; this is, as i said, a basic prototype
