It's Meh tier. It's not too good, but not too bad. The CLNE creates EXOT, which creates a f***ing s***ton of heat and pressure (MAX HEAT AND PRESSURE [9999, 256]) which turns the water into steam which turns the "turbine" which creates electricity.
