    @YourEverydayWaffle, Cherenkov radiation appends in all mediums if the particule is faster than light in this medium, not only in water.

    SORRY, but this isnt Cherenkov Radiation. Cherenkov radiation is blue light from extra energy built p in water molecules from nuclear radiation.
