Problem with the updater

I can't update to the newest version of TPT. I tried logging in, logging out and logging in again, not logged in, and it still doesn't work. When it goes to 99%, it just stops for a moment, and then the "605 Request Timeout Error" comes out.
I have version 47.4 in my netbook, and with Windows7. I updated TPT in my desktop with no problems. I have Windows XP on that computer and had the version 51.

It's something strange, I guess. Perhaps it can be fixed. If not, I'll just delete the version I have, and install the newest version.

If you're posting things like that, don't reply at all.

Download the new version instead of updating

I know, I was going to do that if a mod or someone said something that could fix this, because this should not happen.

Where I am now with my netbook, I have better internet than in my house, where my desktop is, that's one of the reasons I think it's something strange. Perhaps the problem is that the version I want to update, is not the previous version of the actual one.

Just do that. Seriously, it's not an issue if you can easily get around it.

-.- I'm saying this should not happen, so it should have a solution.

It's called, just download a new one cause it's a known bug that can't be solved. (When you're a couple versions behind and try to update this happens often)
