    today the 12 of febuary someone called me saying ther are from powder toy association or somthing has anyone else had this happen and they know my name and it is not a prank call

    It's pretty easy to restrict your number (just put *67 before the # you are dialing) and as for the voice, it's an easy matter to just make it higher or lower pitched.
