What i want to do with it is customize the color of the tptmp window with RGB code

ok ... if you want to make modifications like that you are free to. Messages and colors won't cause any issues syncing with other players.
Also, I rejected the script you submitted to the server. Copies of tptmp won't be approved, because anyone using a tptmp clone would be unable to receive timely updates. I wouldn't accept the changes as a pull request either, as it needlessly changed all of the messages and colors, but we are fine with the current messages and colors.
