Spike Viper mod install?

So, I downloaded Spike Viper's TPT mod which he shared in the description of this video:

I unzipped the folder, but no matter what I try, it doesn't start. I tried running the exe. I tried importing the whole file into the standard TPT files. I tried putting just the modded exe into TPT files. Nothing worked. It kept saying I'm missing a bunch of dll files, including "MSVCP140D.dll", "VCRUNTIME140D.dll", "VCRUNTIME140_1D.dll", and "ucrtbased.dll". I saw something saying that to get those files, I needed to get Windows Visual Studios c++. I did that, and still, doesn't work.Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it?

Looks like something SpikeViper will have to fix. I sent him a message with a few ways to fix this. For now, I would wait. To get those dlls you would have to install the compiler (msvc) which comes with these, but it's pretty simple for him to make a version that doesn't require them.

Ok. Thanks! The thing is that if you look up info about missing a certain file, a billion sources will say it's a problem with your computer, and a billion others will say it's a problem with the download, so it's hard to tell. Thank you for the help!

It is definitely not a problem with your computer.
Back in the day I had a zip file that included all these dlls, because it was such a common problem. These are all 32 bit dlls though, so they don't work. Rather than creating a new zip file with the dlls you need, lets wait for SpikeViper to fix the problem. -

I'm not sure where SpikeViper links to his mod these days, but I found these more recent links on his repo:

They are static and don't need any dlls. Although I hope in the future he uses release tags, creating a tag like "v1.0.1" will automatically compile and create builds for all platforms. I sent him a message about it around 2 months ago when it was under active development, it seems to have died down since then. -
