PV Temp controller

Hello, This is been something I've wanted to make for awhile, finnaly figured out a good way to do it. This is a recreation of a PV temp controller. Like any closed loop controller they must be tuned to the setup it is conrolling, meaning this will never be perfect.. It works by transmitting the tempurture via syncronus serial, the signals are then subtracted to find the error, giving us the "p" part of the controller. The proportion (p) is then intregrated to create the "v" part of the controller. If you apply a load to the controller it will slowly compensate for the load by running the heater longer, concequently if the load is removed it will take a while to come back to the set point. Set the target temp by heating or cooling the right side of the aperatus with the heat/cool tool. The range of control is 10°c -> 160°c

Looks great! But there is still a very small static error. How do you adjust controller's parameter?
