So I have been playing a powder game very simmilar to this, except this is so much better.

The problem is that I can't even start the game..

So I get the zip file, I unblock it and then I extract the contents.

I try to open the exe and I get an error, it is probably related to my computer but after doing some research I still can't do anything. Anyway my account is an adminstrator and I have full control over the folder.

I don't have any anit-virus software. Please help me!

Try moving it into a different folder, like somewhere under your home/documents folder. I've never seen it do that before

I tried doing that, in documents, desktop, C: drive, downloads. I even downloaded a thing to allow me to take ownership. Nothing works, I tried to allow my firewall to let it through but it said I need to contact the owner or the Admin. I even have 2 admin accounts, neither works.

Try redownloading it. If the file is broken, then moving it probably wouldn't help. Use either windows explorer or 7-zip to extract it somewhere in your documents folder or desktop.

I tried using both 7-zip and Win-rar. I extracted it in different locations but nothing helped. I even downloaded a thing that gives me ownership over files and folders (I don't know if it is legit), that didn't help either.

Your computer seems to have some serious issues then. I would stay away from programs that "give you ownership", you're already the owner of the files. I think the problem here is that it can't find the files.

You could try downloading an alternate version of TPT: https://starcatcher.us/TPT/

    I figured it out!!

There is this cancer called AVG, I thought it might have been a problem since I didn't have any anti-virus software. When I went to program and files AVG was not there. I then searched for anything under the name AVG and a corrupted short-cut came up. Anyway I thought AVG was gone.

I couldn't have been more wrong, I found it in my (x86) folder and I tried to delete it since there was no uninstall option, and the uninstaller in the AVG folder didn't do anything. After ending tasks in my task manager and deleting it manually I finally did it.

Then when I tried clearing my recycling bin, 2 AVG files would not be deleted (which by the way is extremely suspicious). I got CCleaner to clear my recycling bin for me and instantly the powder game started working.

This little essay is also for anything having issues or thinking about getting AVG.

I use my alt account often for various reasons. Maybe when I get home I'll give a link to an unzipped Powder.exe. I don't know why your computer doesn't like this game, I've never seen this problem before

    Incorrect.
Files can be locked to "trustedinstaller", which will deny you most access to them. The thing that hes talking about is likely the registry extension "take ownership", which simply adds the command "takeown ...." to the right click menu on files. "takeown" is a built in windows function.
Antivirus software will use tricks like locking file permissions to stop stuff from copying places/being run.
