That is one possible interpretation, yes. That doesn't change the fact that making something that has breakable in its description immune to BOMB makes absolutely no sense.

Edit: A suggestion is more likely to be taken seriously if you support it with reasons. I'd say you should concentrate on finding a reason instead of trying to prove those who have a reason against your change wrong.
