Improve Color Rendering

I've noticed when trying to input certain colors from RGB codes found on the internet or color samplers into the paint/decoration menu, that they just turn out wrong. Some do appear pretty exact to the colors found on an image, so no, I am not inputting them wrong. It appears to occur the worst with shades of red, with the hue being over exaggerated, light reds turning bright pink, dark reds turning brown. I'm not sure if this is a small bug or whether the entire paint code needs to be redone, but whatever it is, it's quite annoying.

    Are you inputting them wrong?

    .....

but seriously, I can guarantee it is 100% accurate. The boxes are in this order: R G B A.

Nope, I told you I am not. This color 214 141 134 would turn bright pink instead of bright red.

But I think I found the problem, it appears to be some weird driver conflict with powder toy as it seems to have gone away on it's own. No idea how to repeat it though.

EDIT: Take that back, it's doing it again, now that color is being a tiny bit orange. Weird! It might be a wierd gamma issue with certain drivers or screens that makes Powder Toy appear discolored.
